Hate to break it to you DB, but this was the best possible landing spot for Cassel. Not only does he have Bowe and Gonzalez to throw to in 3 receiver sets, the Chiefs also held onto a top three pick that's going to allow them to bring in another franchise player (hello Aaron Curry). If Cassel ends up being for real and not just this year's version of Derek Anderson, Pioli's gonna look like a genius.
He's got to prove he's the real thing......
