I've been looking at some fantasy RB rankings, and many experts think that Matthews will have more touchdowns and yards than guys like Addai, DeLo, Cedric Benson, Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams and other proven powerhouse running backs.
Hmm... I know Matthews has great potential, and he's playing with a nice team in the Chargers, but I don't know if this rookie comes in and takes over games immediately. As far as I know, Darren Sproles is still going to get a reasonable amount of touches in San Diego, and I just don't know if I would draft Matthews over DeLo. But... I definitely am NOT saying that Matthews is going to be a bust this year. I think he definitely could break out, but I don't know how high you draft him in your fantasy draft. Maybe the end of the 1st?
